If your course requires you to complete a pre-requisite before the start of the ILT course, the pre-requisite must be completed at least seven days before the training date. Failure to complete the pre-requisite may result in unenrollment from the course without compensation.

Schedule and registration

Time zones. Online instructor-led courses run on Eastern Time (ET). In-vehicle courses run on Mountain Time (MT). Check the time zone on your course before you register.

Registration deadlines. Registration for most courses closes 7 days before the class start date. Train-the-Trainer courses close 14 days before, so we can mail your course package and you can finish the online prerequisite. Once registration closes, the session no longer appears on the calendar. Missed the registration date, or don't see a class on the calendar? Contact support and we'll see if we can book you in. We handle these requests case by case and can't guarantee a spot in the upcoming session, but we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Schedule changes. Instructor-led sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled. Some courses, including JHSC, need a minimum number of registrants to run. If a session does not reach its minimum, it cannot go ahead. Confirm your session on this calendar before you book travel or time off. If a session is cancelled or rescheduled, registered learners are notified by email.
