- Understand the legal responsibilities of employers and employees related to preventing, reporting, and investigating disrespectful conduct
- Respond and report appropriately in different roles, whether as the person targeted, a bystander, or the individual being held accountable
- Uphold organizational expectations with confidence and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture
